We are actively seeking candidates to become NAE Chapter directors.
WOAMTEC’s intends to expand into new regions as quickly as possible to help more women succeed in business and to increase additional revenue opportunities through conferences, seminars, and workshops. However, we do not believe in hiring someone as a Director simply because she desires to be one. Our Directors are compensated for their success, however, most do not care about the money. They enjoy being around people, are people magnets, and are committed to promoting WOAMTEC’s philosophy of faith, family and career!
Our IDEAL NAE Chapter Director
Our ideal Chapter Director loves people, enjoys actively promoting others to be all they can be and is an all around “People Magnet”.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
• Have a background in sales.
• Own your own business and have a flexible work schedule.
• Are able to devote at least 10 hours a month to successfully market and run your chapter.
• Embrace the idea of contributing to your community and fellow entrepreneurs.
• Are well-connected in your community socially, through other professional networks, Chambers of Commerce and other organizations.
• Have an established email database with at least 400 contacts.
• Make a positive impression through demeanor and presentation.
• Dress professionally.
• Have good computer skills, can create emails, email distribution lists, and understand marketing software like Constant Contact, etc.
• Have polished and effective verbal skills, speaks clearly, and can speak easily to a group.
• Are organized and efficient.
• Have a desire to serve others and enjoy being a mentor.
• Are self-motivated and are a high-energy, mover and doer.
